SS-31, also known as Elamipretide, Bendavia, or MTP-131, is a synthetic peptide that targets and improves mitochondrial function. Mitochondria generate ATP (the body’s primary energy molecule), regulate cellular homeostasis, and impact nearly all physiological systems.
